
	Terms & Conditions DISCLAIMER Important: The Safe Work Method Statement ("SWMS") has been prepared by Interior Works Pty Limited ("Interior Works") strictly for use by Interior Works’ subscribers as a general guide to the minimisation of risks commonly associated with the Work Activities/Tasks specified in the SWMS. Copyright in the SWMS is vested in Interior Works and the SWMS may not be used for any purpose whatsoever by any person who is not a subscriber, unless with the prior express written authority of Interior Works. By subscribing to receive the SWMS each subscriber – acknowledges that, having regard to the nature and purpose of the SWMS, Interior Works cannot and does not represent or warrant that the use of the SWMS will avoid all or any death or injury to persons or damage to property and, to the extent permissible by law, any such representation or warranty is hereby negatived; releases Interior Works from, and indemnifies and agrees to keep indemnified Interior Works in relation to, all actions, suits, causes of actions, claims and demands whatsoever both at law and in equity (including but not limited negligence) and whether past, present or future made - in respect of the supply by Interior Works to the subscriber of the SWMS; in respect of the use of the SWMS by the subscriber; and otherwise in relation to any works or other activities the subject of the SWMS.
